GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY

 

What should I do for return  the product and for refund?

 

In order to return/refund, the customer(buyer) must send a clear  explanation with  a supporting evidence which will be the Picture of the damaged product,  to “info@antiknuts.com “ within max 1 week, after delivery of the  commodity/package. Otherwise all applications will be disregarded.

 

The all return/refund expenses (including shipment/cargo expenses) will be deducted from the refund.

Should do the product(s) is (are) found to be damaged then  same to be for sellers(company) account.

 

When the paid amount will be refunded into my account?

 

After all the formalities of the return/refund is completed, the full amount will be refunded into customer’s account by same method of payment choosen during the purchase.
